1、 Overview

The machine body adopts the interchangeable standard section structure, which is connected by high-strength bolts. The whole machine is erected, installed and disassembled by its own suspender. The whole machine is lifted by external winch. In order to ensure the safe operation of production, each cage is equipped with safety falling device, layer stopping device, upper and lower limit protection and overload protection. According to the needs of users, automatic floor stopping device, wireless video monitoring device and wireless calling device can be configured.

3、 Structure

one , underframe

The underframe is a cuboid welded by square steel and channel steel. The underframe is connected with the cement foundation to fix two hoists and install standard sections. Rubber spring pads are attached on both sides of the underframe to cushion the falling cage.

two , hanging cage

The hanging cage is a steel structure which is mainly welded by channel steel and angle steel. Two channel steel columns are provided with guide roller groups, and the top of the cage is provided with a lifting pulley which is connected with the steel wire rope of the hoisting winch. The cage door and the parking device are connected by steel wire rope. When the cage door is opened for loading and unloading materials, the cage cannot be lifted or lowered. Two sides of the top end of the channel steel column are provided with the bottom plate installation holes of the anti falling safety device.

three , standard section

four Attachment device

The attachment device is used to connect the standard section guide rail frame with the building to ensure the stability of the guide rail frame. The attachment device is composed of a front support frame and a rear adjusting rod (Fig. 2).

five , crown beam and suspender

The roof beam is made of channel steel by resistance welding. A hanger jack, a fixed pulley block and an overload protector hook are arranged on the roof beam. The suspender is welded by steel pipe, and the lifting pulley can be installed at one end of the top to lift the standard section for installation and disassembly.

six Transmission system

The power of lifting mechanism is  1.25 The friction type hoist shall not be used when it is self provided GB/T  1955-2008 To ensure that the load of the cage is  1 Tons. The hoisting mechanism is composed of winch, guide pulley (crown beam pulley block), cage pulley and cage rolling guide wheel. The lifting mechanism is installed in the frame of the fuselage and connected with the underframe by bolts.

seven Fall safety device

A special safety device is installed on the cage, which can effectively prevent the cage from falling. When the cage is stalled and falls due to fault, the anti falling safety device starts to act and gradually increases the braking force, which will brake the cage stably within a certain distance, so as to ensure the safety of nearby personnel and the integrity of the equipment.
